    Foundational Values

Wild Path Consulting is built on values of sustainability, respect, and responsibility. We believe that businesses, local governments, and organizations can thrive while honoring the land, centering equity, and fostering meaningful community relationships. Our work is guided by a commitment to ethical practices, place-based awareness, and walking in a good way on the unceded territory of the Syilx Okanagan Nation. These foundations shape every service we provide and every connection we help create.

    Commitment to Reconcilliation

I acknowledge that all of my work takes place on the unceded territory of the syilx Okanagan Nation, and I am committed to operating with respect, humility, and responsibility as a guest on this land.

If your project involves engaging with Indigenous communities, I can offer guidance on how to approach that work in a good way—through respectful, culturally aware, and accountable practices.

However, as a non-Indigenous person, it is not my place to speak for, interpret, or represent any Indigenous community. In these cases, I will always recommend and help connect you with an Indigenous consultant from the specific Nation or community you are seeking to engage with. That work must be led by those with lived experience and deep cultural knowledge—and they must be hired and fairly compensated for their time, insight, and leadership.

    Vision for the Future

At Wild Path Consulting, I envision a future where businesses and communities walk in harmony with the land—guided by sustainability, equity, and deep respect for the places we live and the people we work alongside.

My goal is to equip organizations with the tools to lead responsibly: integrating sustainable practices, fostering meaningful community relationships, and making decisions that support both environmental well-being and social resilience. By centering care, accountability, and long-term thinking, I aim to contribute to a future where people and the planet can thrive—together, for generations to come.
